At Grovii, we want you to love your plushies and fandom favorites. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns & Refunds

Where Returns Apply

Returns and refunds are only available for items purchased directly from the Grovii Brands online store at www.groviibrands.com.

If your item was purchased from a retailer (Amazon, Target, BoxLunch, or any other store), please refer to the retailer’s receipt and return policy, as we cannot process returns for third-party purchases.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible online-store purchases.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, in original condition, and (when possible) with tags attached.
  • You must provide your order number and proof of purchase from our website.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked Final Sale or otherwise noted on the product page are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

Email support@groviibrands.com with:

  • Your GroviiBrands.com order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • The reason for the return

We’ll reply with instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or our error, we cover shipping.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for unopened, new-condition products purchased directly from the Grovii online store.

  • Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  • Exchanges must be for an item of equal value.
  • If the item you want is out of stock, we can instead issue store credit.

GROVII Upcycling Program + 5% Future Credit

“Sustainability, One Fandom At A Time™”

When it’s time to part ways with your Grovii plushie or product, don’t throw it out — send it back to be upcycled.

This keeps materials out of landfills and helps us create something new.

How It Works

  1. Email support@groviibrands.com with your order number and the item you’d like to upcycle.
  2. We’ll send you return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us.
  4. After we receive it, we’ll upcycle or recycle its materials responsibly.
  5. You’ll receive a 5% off code toward any future Grovii purchase.

Program Details

  • Only authentic Grovii products qualify.
  • Each returned item earns one 5% credit.
  • Your code will be emailed within 5 business days of receiving the item.
  • Codes do not expire.
  • Upcycled items are not returned once processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the issue
  • Your Grovii order number

We will make it right.
