Processing Times

We pack and ship orders quickly.

Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.

(Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.)

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 USD
  • For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order ships, typical transit times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: If offered at checkout, timelines will appear automatically

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak season volume.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to populate.

Address Issues

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need help updating an address, contact us as soon as possible at support@groviibrands.com.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.

If you still need help, email us at support@groviibrands.com and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

If an item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist.

Pre-Orders (If Applicable)

If you place an order containing both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately.
